360 Finance, LLC was established in March of 2022 when its founder, Maria Connell, received a phone call from a former colleague who had reached out to see if she was ready to "start that consulting business".  This goal was discussed a few years prior when Maria was pursuing her CPA license while working full-time.  Upon recognition that time was available in her schedule as a result of being able to work remotely and after consideration recurring inclination to answer when called upon,  Maria set the wheels in motion.  

One year later,  it was apparent that the time was fast approaching to devote full-time attention to the business.  Her then current employer was contacted and informed that  the leap would be taken whole-heartedly.  In June of 2023, the crossover from side hustle to  full scale operations occurred.  

We help businesses navigate the wide world of Finance.  By encompassing: safeguarding and growing assets, optimizing day-to-day operations,  mitigating risk, minimizing tax burden, and planning for the future, financial wherewithal is achieved.  We build a partnership that carries through each stage of your business as it grows and develops.  The barriers of "I'm not a numbers person" are overcome and a healthy relationship with money is solidified.

Maria Connell brings extensive experiences gained from working at startups to post-IPO companies. She has held leadership roles at national and international technology companies and made key contributions in not only running the Accounting function, but was key in participating in various compliance,  fundraising, diligence,  acquisition and integration efforts.  Maria has collected additional invaluable experiences through volunteering with multiple 501(c)3 organizations.  Along with her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, 360 Finance has been launched with a prosperity mindset and confidence in mutual success.  Maria holds an active MA CPA license and enjoys keeping up with continuing education.
